What is CBD?
CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in the Cannabis sativa plant. The CBD used in our products is derived from hemp.
What is the difference between Full Spectrum, Broad Spectrum and CBD Isolate?
Full Spectrum CBD contains CBD alongside a range of other naturally occurring hemp compounds, including trace amounts of THC. Broad Spectrum CBD contains a range of hemp-derived compounds but is formulated without THC. CBD Isolate contains isolated cannabidiol without the other cannabinoids and compounds found in full or broad spectrum formulations.
What ingredients are in your CBD oils?
Our CBD oils are formulated with hemp seed oil as the carrier oil. The specific CBD formulation and strength varies by product, so please refer to the individual product page for complete details.
What strengths are available?
Our current range includes CBD oils from 1500mg to 5000mg per 30ml bottle. Each product page clearly displays the total CBD content and CBD per 1ml to make the different options easier to compare.
How should I store my CBD products?
Store CBD oils, gummies and balm in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and humidity. Always refer to the individual product packaging for storage instructions.
How long will a 30ml bottle of CBD oil last?
This depends entirely on how much product is used. As a simple volume calculation, a 30ml bottle used at 1ml per day would last approximately 30 days.
Can you recommend which CBD product I should use?
We don’t provide individual medical advice or recommend products for treating particular health conditions. How are orders shipped?
Orders are securely and discreetly packaged and sent using tracked delivery. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
Can I pick up my order or use Click & Collect?
No. CBD Australia Online is an online-only store and orders are delivered directly to the nominated delivery address.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are generally processed promptly after payment is confirmed. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
