Free Express Shipping Australia-Wide

CBD Australia Online offers free express shipping on all orders within Australia.

Orders are shipped with Australia Post Express Post and are packed securely and discreetly for delivery to your nominated address.

Delivery Options

At checkout, you can select from the following delivery options:

1. Tracked & Signature on Delivery – Australia Post Express

Your parcel will be sent via Australia Post Express Post with tracking and a signature required upon delivery.

We recommend this option where you would prefer additional delivery confirmation and security.

2. Authority to Leave – Australia Post Express

You may choose to give Australia Post authority to leave your parcel at the delivery address without obtaining a signature.

By selecting Authority to Leave, you acknowledge that the parcel may be left unattended and accept the risks associated with doing so, including loss or theft after delivery.

Where Australia Post records the parcel as delivered in accordance with your Authority to Leave instruction, CBD Australia Online may be unable to provide a replacement or refund if the parcel is subsequently lost or stolen.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow the progress of your delivery through Australia Post.

Please ensure the email address supplied with your order is correct so you can receive your order and tracking updates.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@cbdaustraliaonline.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivery Times

Orders are sent using Australia Post Express Post. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and Australia Post’s delivery network.

Any delivery estimates provided are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, weather events, public holidays and other disruptions.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel is delayed or has not arrived as expected, please contact us and we will assist with reviewing the tracking information and, where appropriate, enquiries with Australia Post.

For parcels sent using Authority to Leave, please note that once Australia Post confirms delivery in accordance with your Authority to Leave instruction, responsibility for loss or theft after delivery may rest with the recipient.
